diriwan Terms and Conditions of Use

Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words carry the meanings assigned unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the diriwan website accessible at https://diriwan.app and all related applications.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who registers and uses diriwan's services.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile registered by a User to access the platform's services.
• "Funds" refers to the monetary balance in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) held within a User's Account.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free money or other benefit granted by diriwan to Users subject to specific conditions.
• "Bet" refers to the activity of placing a wager on games or sporting events available on the platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the requirement to place bets of a specified total amount before a bonus can be converted into withdrawable funds.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering an account on diriwan, accessing the platform, making a deposit, or using any service provided, the User expressly acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Acceptance of these Terms also includes acceptance of diriwan's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Guidelines, each of which is a separate document but forms part of the overall agreement between the User and diriwan.

User Eligibility

To register and use the diriwan platform, Users must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Aged 21 years or above on the date of registration and throughout the period of platform use.
• Capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws of the country in which they reside.
• Not included on any list of individuals subject to gambling restrictions or bans imposed by any relevant authority.
• Not using this platform on behalf of a third party or other business entity without prior written consent from diriwan.
• Providing accurate, complete and current information during registration and throughout the period of membership.

diriwan reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify a User's eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Registration and Management

Each User is only permitted to have one active account. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and diriwan reserves the right to close any account suspected of being a duplicate without prior notice.

Users are fully responsible for the security of their password and any activity that occurs under their account. Please notify the diriwan support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

• Usernames and passwords must not be shared with any other party.
• diriwan will not ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel.
• Users are required to update their profile information whenever there is any change to their personal data.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period are subject to diriwan's inactive account policy as applicable from time to time.

Deposits and Payment Methods

diriwan supports the following payment methods for depositing funds into your account:

All deposits must originate from an account or payment method registered in the User's own name. diriwan does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit suspected of coming from an unauthorised source will be investigated and may result in funds being frozen and the account closed.

Withdrawals

Users may request a withdrawal from their diriwan account subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per request.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed within 10 to 45 minutes after identity verification and approval.
• Withdrawals may only be made via the same payment method used for the User's original deposit.
• Any bonus that has not yet met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is fully satisfied.
• diriwan reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing withdrawals of certain amounts.

Approved withdrawal requests will be sent directly to the account or payment method registered by the User. diriwan is not responsible for any delays caused by payment providers or banking institutions.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

diriwan offers various promotions to its members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to their own specific conditions. Users are encouraged to read the terms of each promotion carefully before accepting any offer.

Bonuses received cannot be transferred to other users and may only be used within the account that received them. diriwan reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through means that violate the promotional terms, without any compensation.

• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount only, not the total account balance.
• Not all game types contribute at the same rate toward meeting wagering requirements.
• The validity period of each bonus is stated in its respective promotional terms.
• Bonuses that have expired or have not been used within the specified period will be cancelled automatically.

Game and Betting Rules

All games and sports bets on the diriwan platform are conducted according to the rules set for each game and event. Users are responsible for understanding the game rules before taking part in any betting activity.

Game results are final unless there is clear evidence of a technical fault or system error. In such cases, diriwan reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the stake to the User.

For sports bets, the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed are the odds that apply to that bet, unless stated otherwise in the specific rules of that event.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the diriwan platform and may result in account closure and freezing of funds without any compensation:

• Use of automated software, bots, or other tools to access or interact with the platform.
• Collusion or cooperation with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Manipulation or attempts to exploit any technical vulnerability in the system.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing promotions or bonuses.
• Use of payment methods that do not belong to the registered User.
• Transferring funds between different diriwan accounts for the purpose of money transfers.
• Spreading false or misleading information about diriwan to the public.

Account Suspension and Closure

diriwan reserves the right to suspend or close a User's account at any time with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any terms stated in this document.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Failure to fulfil identity verification requests within the specified period.
• At the request of a relevant authority or regulatory body.
• At the User's own request through the official customer support channel.

If an account is closed for reasons that do not involve a breach of terms, any valid remaining funds will be returned to the User via the registered payment method once the investigation process is complete.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

diriwan provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption, or that the platform will be entirely free from technical errors.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, diriwan will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform.

Users acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that diriwan is not responsible for any losses incurred through betting activities. Users accept full responsibility for their own gambling decisions.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

diriwan reserves the right to amend, update, or change any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to Users via a notice on the platform or by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless the changes are required immediately for legal or security reasons.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of such changes is considered acceptance of the amended terms. If a User does not agree with the changes, they have the right to close their account before the changes take effect.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

diriwan operates under a valid international licence. These Terms and Conditions are interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws under the jurisdiction of that licence.
